Haeduck Lee (이해덕)

Dr. Haeduck Lee is an international development expert with a background in poverty reduction, public finance, urban economics, real estate development, statistics, and public sector reform. He received a BA degree in economics from Seoul National University in Korea, and MA and Ph.D. degrees in economics from Syracuse University in the USA. He has been involved in numerous research and operational projects in the countries of Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean region during his affiliation with the World Bank since 1984 until 2015. He was a resident adviser to the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) from 2015-2018, and to the Saudi Real Estate Company from 2018-2019.
